Appointments

Online appointment booking is open now! Please note, an exam fee deposit is required to secure your appointment. Exam fees vary based on the type of exam you select during the booking process.

Important: If you are an established patient, please be sure to log in using the primary account holder’s name, email, and phone number. If you attempt to log in using secondary contact info or make a typo, a duplicate account will be created.

Online booking is just one of the many conveniences you can find in our new pet portal. You can request prescription refills, view reminders and invoice history, print vaccine certificates and much more, all from the comfort of your home. If you experience any difficulty using the pet portal, please contact us by calling or texting (530) 809-1446, or email us.

Before Your Appointment

Before your visit to us, please email or bring with you, a copy of your pet’s records, as well as a list of medications they may need to the appointment. Equally important are any records for recent trips to emergency clinic.

Ensure we have the most current contact details for you and any other co-owners of your animals.

If possible, please routinely bring a fresh, refrigerated fecal sample for your pet, from the last 24 hours.

Please review our policies regarding appointments, payment and behavior expectations.

We understand that life has a way of throwing the most unpredictable obstacles in the way and may cause missed appointments. Please call or text us as soon as you know you may be unable to attend, may be late, or need to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments arriving 10 or more minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If you miss or arrive late to two appointments without attempts to notify us in a timely fashion (preferably at least three hours prior to the appointment,) further appointment reservations will require a non-refundable $89 fee to be paid in advance.
